Whether you are working on a sense of who are you, or perhaps navigating complicated relationships; feeling stuck in past events or envisioning a brighter future; or finding balance amidst the demands of your needs and commitments, you are not alone.

And if you are here, you are intuitively correct, in that talking can be a powerful precursor to true change. 

Talking in therapy is a space to explore, clarify, formulate and transform your thoughts, feelings and behaviours increasingly towards the life you are aiming for, even if you are not yet sure what that life looks like.

Heads up, it may not be an easy journey! But when you are ready to take the step, whatever your path, go with courage.
